Twinkle Stars

High Junction Gymnastics’ Twinkle Stars is an introduction program to the world of gymnastics for you and your baby. In a safe and fun environment, your child will learn the basics of gymnastics. There will be lots of interaction with other babies and adults to teach the kids social skills such as following directions. We will start with a singing warm-up, learn fundamental gymnastics moves and finish with bubbles and parachute.

Budding Stars (Caregiver and Tot)

This introduction to the world of gymnastics is a caregiver participation class where a caregiver assists with a warm-up, a weekly circuit, free time and parachute. This 45-minute class offers a stimulating early learning environment that fosters creativity and a healthy lifestyle in children. Students will develop key skills such as balance, core strength and coordination. Our coaches work with the parents to teach different spotting techniques, gymnastics terminology and much more. Don’t worry Mom/Dad we won’t make you perform any of the skills. We leave this up to the students!
